OnePlus has officially announced that it will launch its next smartphone, the OnePlus 5T, on November 16. The device will be first unveiled at an event in Brooklyn, New York on 11 AM Eastern Time (4 PM GMT | 9:30 PM IST). Those who are interested in the phone can join the event by reserving their launch tickets on the company’s launch page, which will be go live on November 8, or you can tune into the event livestream video on OnePlus 5T’s official launch webpage. In India, the flash sale of the OnePlus 5T will commence on November 21, while the official sale will start on November 28.










In terms of imaging, the OnePlus 5T will most likely offer a dual-camera setup for the rear-facing camera, consisting of a 16MP sensor with a wide-angle lens and a 20MP sensor with a telephoto lens (both featuring phase-detection autofocus), EIS, dual-LED flash, and 4K video recording. On the front, the selfie shooter might get an upgrade in the form of higher resolution, 20-megapixel sensor. Interestingly, the device’s fingerprint sensor is supposed to switch from the front to the rear of the device due to the inclusion of a Full-Screen display. Additionally, the brand has already confirmed that it will offer a 3.5mm audio jack. The device also is supposed to get a larger battery with a capacity of 3450mAh to support the larger screen.
